A lot of Riley's friends are leaving her day care and going to pre-schools closer to their house or ones with smaller classes. It's quite sad as we love all the families that have been there with us from the beginning and poor Riley is losing all of her old friends, not that Riley has problems making new friends, I can't keep up with the girl but most of them have all been together since the infant room so it's kind of sad. On Friday on the way home Riley said "Mitchell going to a new school." It was so sad!
A bunch of them decided to get together for monthly play groups so we had our first play date on Saturday. We all gathered at Joan's Pumpkin Patch (where we have been going for the past few years) for a few hours of fun. The kids were so cute together, every time someone new came they ran to that kid and gave a huge hug. The kids had a blast running all over the play area, riding the choo choo train, going on a hay ride and looking at the farm animals. And when it was time to say good-bye, more hugs. Riley even planted a HUGE kiss right on Jimmy's lips!
